Construction of Lot 4 of Mashad - Bafgh Railway   Client : Ministry of Road & Transportation ( Deputy office of Railway Construction Development) Consultant : Iran OSTON Consultant Engineers Period : 40 month Location : Khorasan Province Project Features : Mashad - Bafgh Railway connects two railway of Sarakhs - Mashad and Bafgh - Bandar Abbas . Through this railway part of the railway across the country , the distance between the countries of the Middle Asia and Persian Gulf will be decreased by 800 km. This shall result in a great revolution in transit of goods. It is expected that through this railway , the distance of between such provinces as Hormozgan , Kerman , Yazd , Esfahan , and Khorasan Province be shortened so that 1 to 2 million persons will travel to the Holly Mashad every year.
